Grilled Beef Meatballs cooked with Cooxy

If there is one meat that you can cook in all its forms on the barbecue it is beef. Today, we therefore offer you a recipe based on beef to make on our Cooxy connected barbecues: oriental beef balls.

The ingredients (for 8 people)

  • 2 kg minced beef

  • 5 onions

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

The preparation

First of all, start by lighting your Cooxy barbecue with your smartphone application, then set the temperature to 250 °. So when you have finished preparing your dumplings the Cooxy barbecue will be at the ideal temperature; you just have to cook them.

The next step is to mince the different ingredients, namely: onions, garlic and parsley. Don't forget to rinse the parsley, we wouldn't want small pieces of soil to spoil our delicious recipe.

Then place the minced meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin in a large bowl. Also add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper and mix everything.

You can then go to the last step of the recipe: making the dumplings. Take a small amount of the mixture and roll it between your hands to obtain a dumpling about 2cm in diameter. Repeat until you no longer have any mixture, you should be able to make between 20 and 24 meatballs.

Once your Cooxy BBQ is at the right temperature, your smartphone will send you a notification. You can then put a drizzle of olive oil on the heating part of the Cooxy and cook your meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning them from time to time.

The tasting

Once your dumplings are cooked, all you have to do is adjust the seasoning if necessary and above all enjoy yourself!

After use, don't forget to clean Cooxy for those who want to feast after you, thanks to our connected barbecue.
